It has perfect, incredible setting, not far from the subway and many restaurants, and several good restaurants. The staff is very amiable and polite.

It is in comfy and the best location to Cheonggyecheon Stream, set near the hotel. Helpful and extremely friendly staff provides a good service.

The hotel had a convenient location, just a minute away from the airport bus and close to the popular Myeongdong street. The staff were friendly and even loaned me an umbrella when it was raining. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Namsan Tower. The hotel also had a weight machine for luggage, making it easier for travelers like me.

The staff at the hotel felt exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The views from some rooms, like N Tower, are simply breathtaking!

We appreciated the variety of leisure facilities and helpful staff who made us feel at home.

Our only negative experience was with the bathtub, which leaked water while showering. However, we were able to solve the issue with a few well-placed towels.
